The Village of Liepsic Delaware is on the banks of the Liepsic River just a stones throw from the   Delaware Bay. Liepsic is a couple of miles from the Center of Dover Delaware the state capital.  the House is on the corner of Front St. and Denny Rd. or state Route 9, across the street is a large marina with full diesel engine service and a couple of yards further down is Sambo's Tavern a historic destination place for crabs and beer. 

For those interested in easy access to shopping, entertainment, and other amenities then this location is for you. You can get to Safeway and Acme food markets,CVS, Rite Aid, Target, Kohls, Best Buy, Home Depot, and many other shopping areas in Dover with out going through a traffic lite, you can get to the Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Dover Downs Casino, and Race Track, Ag Museum, Delaware State University, with out going through a traffic lite, you can get on route one south or north with out going through a traffic lite, Dover Air Force base with out going through a traffic lite.

In Leipsic you are surrounded by many state and federal wild life areas, the major east coast flyway for migratory birds along with numerous nature and historic sites.

The major Route going through Liepsic is Delaware Route 9 and it has been designated as a National Natural Historic and Scenic  Byway which reduces major development.

Just a short drive to Ocean City MD, Philadelphia Pa, Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington DC, Atlantic City, New York, Rehoboth Beach De, Wilmington De, Lewes De, Virginia beach just a few of the popular destinations on the east coast.
